The Best Place We Ever Lived From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   Due to our busy lifestyle, my husband and I rent by choice. We couldnt have made a better choice than Mallard Lakes. In 15 years of renting in the Cincinnati area, we have never been happier. We have been living here for over 4 years and we are planning to stay here for many years to come. There is nothing more important than being happy in your home. Every time we need the slightest of repairs (even a burnt out lightbulb) the maintenance staff is there the same day to tend to it. We have a very spacious townhome with 2 garages and a basement. You have your own entrance so no one is above or below you, and honestly I have NEVER even heard my neighbors. Its just like having your own home without the expense of upkeep or the chore of yard maintenance. We love it here and I know you will too!!!! Mr. & Mrs. Chrisman
