I have lived here for just under a year, and if it weren't for the fact that interest rates are low and I am buying a house, I would continue to live at Mallard Lakes. I have been a renter for about 7 years and Mallard Lakes is my favorite by far. The location is so convenient to 275, restaurants, grocery stores, movies, malls, etc. And this townhouse has an attached 2-car garage (no windshield scraping in the winter!), half basement for laundry and storage, and of course two spacious Master Bedrooms w/ bathrooms on the top floor. I live in a middle unit and have NEVER heard either of my neighbors. So many apts I have found have paper-thin walls, NOT Mallard Lakes. If it weren't for the house, I would remain here for at least 2 more years. I am really going to miss the kind staff, the big pool, and the nice (free)workout facility. I will probably come back to see the July 4th fireworks from the Canvasback Hill. Great View!
