Great place to live

Mallard lakes is a great place to live. Very safe neighborhood, a lot of apartment for the price. Office folks are friendly and neighbors are quiet.

Only one drawback: parking. Each resident has a two-car garage and a short driveway. If you have any guests, they have to park at the front office and walk, or else park in the grass and risk being towed. Pick a unit with a long driveway for extra parking capacity.
