I lived on Canvasback Circle for a whole 6 months. In that 6 months I had to replace a garage door, an A/C unit, which didn't work upstairs and a dishwasher, the old A/C unit sat in the front yard for 3 months before they disposed of it, we had to have our toliet fixed numerous times, and was never really fixed. The basement also had a leak whenever it rained. I was paying more for this townhome than a $140,000 home. In my opinion I wasted a great deal of money that could of went toward a new home.
