Nice place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I live here and I think that it is wonderful. I have no complaints about anything. The office staff is exceptional and very helpful in a lot of aspects. I have no idea what some of the people were thinking when they wrote those horrible things about Mallard Lakes. I have neighbors who have lived here for 5 years. Obviously Mallard Lakes is doing something right to have them live there that long and have me love where I live. Parking is something that they should work on. Yes you do have your two car garage but there is no where for your guests to park. As for everything else it is great.
