Quiet place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived at Mallard Lakes for a year. I really loved the location, easy access to 275. The office staff was nice enough. The pricing was high and the appliances were cheap in quality. The bathtubs squeaked like crazy when you were showering, which was nerve racking in the morning. The garage access was great. I lived at the top of the hill, so in the winter sometimes I would have to park at the bottom. Overall, I would rent a house for that price, but it was wonderful aside from that!
