In looking at the other reviews, I'm not sure that we're all writing about the same property... I have lived at Mallard Lakes for six months now, and in that time, the office staff has always been helpful and friendly, the maintenance people have taken care of any problems that come up, and my townhome has been great! These are awesome: you really can't get any more space for the money you pay for rent, and I love the garages. They are definitely taking care of things that need attention on the property, like removing dead trees and cleaning up around the lake. Everyone I meet is friendly and thinks that this is a good place to live, and I agree.
