I used to live at Mallard Lakes and the one thing I miss the most was the clubhouse. It was so elegant and cozy. Between the refreshments and the huge windows and the view I would of spent a lot of time there if it were not for my schedule. Below it was a great fitness center and a nice pool. I am now realizing that new place doesn't have half the amenities that Mallard did.
