Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
Good - very sound proof, 3 bathrooms, 2 garage spaces, big utility room, lots of square feet.
Bad - Units are old, drafty in winter, and laid out very badly. No back door near garages which is in reality the front of the units. No sidewalks with the complex. Useless front door. Very near a major interstate highway so very loud outside or on balcony. Rent is too high for what you get. 3rd bedroom is too small to be useful. Staff do not tell you about hidden charges like $25 water fee.
