Good experience From: acetak Date posted: 10/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We lived at Mallard Lakes Townhomes for 12 months. The staff was courteous and responsive to maintenance issues. The grounds are very well maintained and it is a safe community to live in. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome with a full basement and a 2-car detached garage. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our deck. It is right next to I-275, but there was little noise from the highway. It is very convenient to shopping and restaurants and a good central location to all parts of Cincinnati. I was allowed to paint the rooms of our townhome which I thought made it more comfortable. Pets are allowed with a deposit and a little extra per month. They are also part of the Military Stars and Stripes program which was helpful because my husband was deployed in Kuwait when we moved in. It was the best leasing experience we have had.
