Mallard Lakes Towne Homes

I like it From: jatontrin Date posted: 6/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I would give Mallard Lakes a nine on a rector scale of ten. I enjoyed my stay here as well as the many guest who visited my home. Each person enjoyed the stay and said how they felt right at home. When I called in a service request, the staff was efficient in coming to fix the problem. I am going to miss Mallard Lakes being that I move at the end of July 2007. But, if you are on the tittering scale of whether or not to move into this great complex, I would say go for it. If you have children (I don't), there is a lack of convenient playgrounds but they are able to play in the spacious front yard without problems. Parking is also a concern if you are having some type of party, but your neighbors do not complain when your guest park on the side curb. I have had some amazing neighbors. You do not hear them often while your in your home also. Okay, enough talking, just rent. Bye Jaton
