Already regretting signing the lease

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
not even a month into my lease, i am already regretting signing it. We threw a christmas party last night and a tow truck contracted by mallard lakes tried to tow three of my friends cars b/c they were in the grass. Cost us 96 dollars to get the car off the truck. During all this, they still haven't fixed my A/C or ice maker. Horrible, Horrible customer service. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
