I've been living at Mallard Lakes for 2yrs now and I love. Maintence has also been prompt when I've needed them and the management has been terrific to work with. They really care about their renters. I have a 4yr old son and its been great for him as well. The apartment is almost like a condo its so big and with a 2 car garage and 1/2 basement, it's hard to beat.
