Look Elsewhere First

We have lived here for almost two years. These townhomes are over 15 years old. When it rains a lot, water comes in through the basement walls. You can call maintenance all you want on this and they will only come if your house if flooding. (Even when the water coming in is near an electrical outlet). If you have pets, you will pay $20.00 additional each month per pet, up to two pets. If your air conditioner breaks down, they will only fix it if it is over 85 degrees outside.
I could keep going and going on the inadquecy of this complex, but it would take up too much time.
In summary, if you want to live in Springdale, look everywhere else first. With what you will pay in rent, the service and care of the residence is not worth the price. The only reason we are still here is because we pay so much in rent, we can't afford to move just yet.
