I recently moved to Mariemont Townhomes. I love the area and the overall atmosphere of the community, but there are many problems that I have noticed. Upon moving in I was told that everything would be painted, cleaned, and fixed before I moved in. This did NOT happen. Below is a list of problems:

Entire apartment filthy.
Broken and dirty old blinds.
Not repainted as promsied.
No grass in the backyard.
Basement was a mess. (should have been painted and cleaned)
Bathroom window leaks.
Loud neighbors.

Promise of refund for poor condition when moving in was made, but never received it. I was told that the new blinds were supposed to take place of the refund. Blinds are supposed to be replaced, that's just a standard procedure.

We pay for an "updated" unit, but compared to other updated units, ours is missing a lot and poorly done.

I have tried to contact the regional manager about this property and after 4 voicemails I still have not received a call back.

Like I said Mariemont is great, but Mariemont Townhomes has a lot of problems with maintaining the inside of their properties and handling money. They also do not provide safe residences. There is a tenant in the area with a very aggressive dog that has attacked myself and my dog, yet the property managers will NOT do anything about it.
