We just moved in to Mariemont Townhomes two months ago. This was a big move from our 4 bedroom home in Mississippi. Since we could not view any rental properties in person we depended on the internet to help us. We were very excited to find a townhome vs a apartment in a beautiful community with old world charm and reasonable priced. Having a back yard and basement were ideal for our little family. The staff, namely Jamie, has been so kind in helping us with our move. We love the neighborhood. The townhomes are older but, they are built very solid. We never hear our neighbors the walls are not paper thin like you find in apartments. Over all we are pleased to call this home.
