Mariemont Townhomes provide a good value overall. Our townhome is a 3BR/1BA with hardwood floors and 1920s character. We are easily within walking distance of the town square, several restaurants and shops, the church, parks, and the schools. Staff is generally fairly responsive to concerns or problems we have. Exterior maintenance is adequate, though not spectacular. Parking is generally adequate--garages are available for rental as well if necessary.
