The apartments are good, cathedral celings, fireplace on top floor, roomy and nice, big windows. the downside is that the gym has only one treadmill and one bike :-) fight over it folks. has a swimming pool though, closed in winter. the staff is really friendly. "gated entry" although anyone can walk from some other side, steal ur car and drive out :-) that's another story. quiet locality but sharonville taxes are 1.5%. Everyone in cinti charges atleast a year's lease. McCauly has 6 months lease too and better than many other apartments.

I lived at MC Cauly Crossing for almost 2 years. The units are nice, especially if you choose to live in a 3rd floor apt, where they usually offer cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The emergency services are ok...they usually take 24h to attend your call. The location, in my opinion couldn't b better! It's very close to the I-275, 75, 24h pharmacy and grocery stores, all major stores and Mason, which is a great community. Now, if you decide to break your lease for any reason not specified in your contract, you better be ready to pay 3 month- -rental fees penalties, not saying that Sharonville taxes are extremely expensive!!!! The comunity is gated at the front, but anybody can walk in through the back...I remember people that had their car stereos stolen once...all places have some security issues!!! Anyway, overall is a good place to live.
