I've lived in these apartments for over a year and have had an okay experience thus far. When I first began looking for a place, I wanted to be far enough away from the city for peace and quiet but close enough for my day-to-day needs. It is in a very secluded and quiet location, which I absolutely love. Traffic noise is very minimal and there is a wide selection of stores and restaurants within 3 miles.

However, the insulation is TERRIBLE. During the winter, condensation occurs on the windows, which leads to mildew build-up around the seals. In addition, the electric bill is outrageous during the winter for such a small apartment. I've heard of NO upgrades to insulation in the near future, so keep that in mind.

Finally, I didn't like the fact I have to pay for water. That isn't typical for an apartment dwelling and I wasn t informed until after I signed the lease.

Overall, my stay has been okay. The community is really nice. Keeping the insulation and water issues in mind, I would recommend the apartment.
