me and my wife moved in at the beggining of the year under the new owners and things were pretty good. other than the fact that we didnt relize that there was only one dumpster when we moved in. but other that it WAS a nice neighborhood. than it was taken over buy the conners group and has completely gone down hill. the only thing i give them credit for is they painted the bulidings and black toped the road. that should be standard maintence but to them it was just an excusse to raise rent $150 a month. of corse that wont be untill the next time we sign a lease. but i wont be doing that again! all they did was put a bandade on the apantments. they didnt fix the tennis court which they rave about in their reviews. the pool sounded good till i went down several times and relized they were not cleaning it. the movie theater was free till the new owners took over now you have to rent out the club house to use it. $350. even though they repainted its already started to chip off because they hired a super cheap company that didnt clean and prep what they were painting. the dumpster for a month or more was over flowing when they took over. they used to be on top of maitence not any more we called them out for a messed up screen and they came while we were out like a month later and said it was fine. it has a huge hole in it and bugs come in if i open the window. dont normally move every year but will deffinatly move when our lease is up. hope you find this usefull hapy hunting.

Yeah, I couldn't use the pool here on a good 7 or 8 occasions because it was absolutely FULL of dead bugs.

Seems to be an on going theme I have noticed Whenever the Connor Group takes over a property it goes to hell in a hand basket.
