Horrible managment!!!! save your money and time

The managment at Montana valley are so rude and unprofessional its not even a joke. I'm supposed to moving down to Cincinnati for an MD/Ph.d program. I made an appointment with Maya Gaines(the assistant property manager) to view their 2 bedroom apartments a month ahead of time. She never sent me the paper work she said she would to speed up the process so i called her 3 weeks in a row, left numerous messages and she never got back to me. I finally spoke with the office manager and she told i didn't have an appointment scheduled and the special i spoke with Maya about was null and void. When i came to view to apartment, Maya Gaines, made me wait, gave me ridiculous, senseless excuses about how she never got my messages and that she was sorry about the special and not sending me the paper work. So she shows me the apartment, tell me she will call in 1 hour to let me know if they would have the apartment ready by my move in date and what she could do about the special she promised me. This incompetent idiot never calls me back and she knew i needed to have my apartment lease signed by the time i left the next. Montana valley managment DO NOT GIVE A ---- ABOUT YOU!!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR MONEY!! they're full of ---- and i would strongly suggest you save your money and rent from somewhere else where you will not have to deal with rude,arrogant, incompetent -------s!!!!
