If you value your safety and that of friends and family, do not move here! Less than a week ago a girl that was just visiting for a moment was shot 3 times in an attempted carjacking right in front of the rental office!!!!! As another reviewer has stated, the management made no mention of this to any tennants. My brother lives at the other end of the complex, and he didn't even know. When you come home to go to sleep at night, the last thing you want is to have to walk through CRIME SCENE TAPE to get to your apartment with the police giving you instructions like "You can go in, just watch out for the blood."

Someone drove through the gate the week before, and they still have not put it back as of today. Oh, and by the way, the property managers have you sign a waiver stating that the gate serves no purpose whatsoever, for safety or otherwise.

The whole shooting incident here has been far too hyped up. Its clean and quiet. People walk their dogs in the evening and their is no bumping of bass in the parking lot.

Well the gate was broken as in broken into two pieces. YOu can not really expect a office to weld together a gate and put it back up same day. They have to call profressionals to do that and I am sure they dont offer same-day service. Parts have to be ordered. And honestly, with the safety waiver thing. Could you imagine if someone said because of this gate, you are COMPLETELY safe. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Those gates to block traffic but lets get real - use your brain. If someone wanted to do something the gates are high enough to jump.
Sometimes you have to be a little smarter than a rock. really though.
