Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
The apartments are sufficient, but the laundry facilities constantly had problems and our kitchen sink leaked for the first 6 months that we lived here until they finally came and fixed it. They aren't bad if you don't have a lot of money, but I definatley wouldn't reccommend for my friends to live here.
