Yes it s sad to say I ve resided here for more than a year. I ve seen it all! The landlords and maintenance men were all crack heads in the beginning. They all got busted in other people s apts doing drugs, and I can t imagine what they might be doing while your not home supervising if they needed to do a repair. Myself, I would never allow them in my apt unless i had other friends here with me too. Seriously! It s also true they can t keep a manager longer than a year (weirdo s at that) and you never see the owner of the joint either. I ve tried to ask and look into it, he's a mystery man. (bcuz he knows he's wrong for running this place)but management here is a disgrace
They do a poor job, half ass-ing it, or like someone else said, just enough to make it look decent. There s a non stop water problem in my bldg. all pluming, which means toilet is messed up, bathtub is messed up. I have repairs to be made from day one that were promised and never kept. It s sad to admit it. But I will for the sake of others... I really do agree they should tear this place down. The buildings foundation is moving. I ve noticed long cracks in the walls that get bigger as the year goes by.
Neighbors can be loud! The very thin walls (and ceilings) don t help, you will here everyone from above, below, and side to side.
The police have been patrolling the parking lot more often now (recently this year), after all the disputes brought up to them. They ve cleared the parking lot of crowds hanging out late at night. its not rare to hear about car break ins too. And even a neighbor s 7 yr old son found a gun behind one of the dumpsters.
Overall for the price you re paying here, you can definitely be able to afford a better place then this anywhere!!!!! Don t waist your time!!!!!! Treat yourself well you shouldn t have to deal with crap like this.
ive only been happy about having a large balcony.
