When I first moved into my apartment i enjoyed it. Until about a month in. I constantly had problems with the neighbors above me, they were EXCESSIVELY noisy and it was embarrassing when guests pointed it out. I do not like their storage area that they've said is "going to be" remodeled. My Christmas tree is huge and i have to slant it to get it to fit which leaves me no room for anything else.

Now since im on the first floor in my dining room i've noticed dirt coming from the trim that meets the floor to the wall. Im a neat person so to still have to sweep this up after 3 months on waiting for the owner to accept the bid, im pretty p'od. Also my door lock is messed up and i absolutely love that maintenance has disregarded my request to come fix it.

Also, there are 3 .. yes 3! cable outlets in my living room. Two where it'd make since and one by the wall on the other side of the room. Guess which one works' Yep, the one on the other side of the room. So i have to run my cable cord from the wall with the window to the other side where my tv is. Even though i have an area rug over it i've still tripped over that cord!

The grounds are horrible. I guess paying what i pay it is expected. There dirty looking, the halls constantly needs swept, there's garbage everywhere, its disgusting. Parking sucks. There's no where really for guests to park if you invite anyone over at night. Thats because the one's that are unmarked are taken by residents 2nd vehicles.

I am constantly getting harrassed by thug wannabes when i walk out to my car and i do not enjoy seeing cops every now and then parked in front of a building.

Ive never had any crime problems and i think its because im in the first building as you pull in. I feel for the people who are more "hidden" im sure there complaints would be a novel.

I would not recommend these apartments to anybody! Pay the extra 100-150 bucks and get yourself a nicer apartment in a community where they don't look at you like you have two heads when you ask for a pool pass.
