Nice, inexpensive living

Generally, Northwest Woods is a nice place to live. The apartments are well kept and well insulated and the floor plans are very nice. The repairs are done quickly and the office staff is friendly. The only down-sides are a lack of enforcement of the "no leaving your garbage on your back deck" rule - leading to a family of raccoons that visits nightly, and some tenants with "pimped-out" cars that rev them up (without mufflers) at 2am...
