Okay for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Northwest Woods is okay for the price. The construction is good (though our apartment had persistent mold problems), the staff is okay, and the grounds are usually kept alright. However, a lot of "rules" around the complex are not enforced. Tenants will often leave garbage outside their front doors for weeks at a time, and though children often play in/near the complex roadways tenants often speed in excess of 30 miles per hour and rarely obey stop signs. Other than that, it is relatively quiet and probably the best you can find for the money.
