Snow removal takes up to a week complex-wide--The clubhouse lot is cleared immediately.... Management does little to nothing to assist in enforcing the rental contract signed by all renters upon leasing here. I personally could identify up to 3 or more contractual violations that were seemingly ignored by the landlord/management and crews. We have moisture or water creating a crack, a hole, and, as the maintenance crew says, "mildew" on our walls, but we are told this is normal, therefore there is not anything maintenance will do. WE have black crusty soot-like crud spitting throughout our dishwasher and sticking to dishes no matter what we do to get rid of it- no new dishwasher. The building foundation is still settling, therfore we have large gaps at the edges of the kitchen linoleum floor where the carpet is supposed to meet. The walls are paper-thin between units-- we hear the people next to us and over us all too regularly. Dog poop is all over the common grounds-- no place for tiny children to play. I even called the county health department regarding this matter, and they found the complex in violation of health codes or rules, or whatever, and they gave the management brochures to hand out to all the dog owners-- hasn't changed a thing if they did as instructed. Complex charges steep non-refundable pet fee they say is for the right to own a pet, yet the complex hires no one to clean up after problem pets. Playset is old, splintered wood with broken ladders. Pool apparently is not heated-- extremely cold, even on hot days. Half the fitness equipment didn't work, with or without instructions, when I tried to use it. The management I'm sure thinks I'm a thorn in their side, instead of thinking of me as the rightfully concerned citizen the county health department told me I am.
