Don Rocks, The Elephants Upstairs Do NOT!

We have lived in this complex for almost seven years now, and have had a streak of bad luck with upstairs neighbors... From two dogs' (I didn't think that was allowed here) barking non-stop, to people vaccuuming at 3am to the aspiring but overweight gymnasts that somersault off the beds on to their floor at 7am each Sunday, our biggest complaint has ALWAYS been the noise from upstairs. We try to be conscientious neighbors as we are in a middle unit, and have NEVER had a complaint with our noise level.
Other problems we've experienced include: things being stolen (mainly yellow ribbons magnets and other mangetic objects) from cars, and noisy kids playing hockey/using skateboard ramps in the middle of the streets and near resident's cars with little nor no parental supervision.
The gym needs a major overhaul, especially with the weights and bike, and it'd be awesome to have a hot tub in with the pool.
We love the size and layout of our apartment, and the maintenance team has been a dream to us since day one, fixing whatever needs fixed. The only reason we're moving out now is to relocate.
And we don't have a family of raccoons, but rather some crafty squirrels that try to get into the grill on the balcony at times.

MOVE TO THE TOP FLOOR!!! That's why people live on tht top floor. You can't expect it to be perfectly quiet with people above you and people below you. I have had neighbors with a surround sound system that could peel paint. I certainly wouldn't complain about someone vaccuuming or waking at a specific hour of the day-- Ever hear of THIRD SHIFT??? If it was so Awful, why'd you stay for SEVEN YEARS???
