Apartments have nice layouts, but you can hear everything from other apartments. Rude neighbors. Terrible workout facility, they shouldn't be able to advertise that they even have one. No problems with staff, but not really sociable. Did have roaches in apartment for a while. Way too expensive for location. Do not enforce rules, kids run wild without supervision in the streets. Would not recommend to anyone. Kind of a dull, dirty place overall.

You have GOT to be kidding. This place is so clean. And even has a shiny clean place to recycle paper! I have been SO impressed by the staff. They keep finding ways to make the place nicer all the time, pretty flowers and landscaping, and I never have a problem with the kids around here-hardly seen 'em but maybe due to my hectic schedule. But Don and his crew are on top of it, always fix any problem I have quick - twice now I had a problem - drippy faucet and a rattle in the A/C and I called it in when I got to work and it was done when I got home! Plus this place is so spotless, no trash anywhere. Price is good too. I think you are nuts!
