I have lived in many apartments over the years, so I have a lot to compare it to. I've never had a problem with any of neighbors- they have a baby below me that I never hear unless I'm standing completely still in the bathroom ;o). The staff are always courteous and very helpful. The grounds are meticulous. I always get a very prompt response when (those rare times) I have had maintenance issues. Sincerely, best apartment for the money.
