Olde Montgomery is a decent place to live, but doesn't offer great value, particularly when compared to newer apartments in Mason and Deerfield Township (which also have nicer bathrooms and kitchens). Unless you work in and commute to Montgomery or Blue Ash, it's probably not worth it.
Pros: - nice landscaping, clean grounds - local schools are good - child-friendly complex - swiming pool and tennis courts are well maintained
Cons: - small kitchens, w/d hookups in kitchen - a/c compressor is in utility closet rather than outside, fairly noisy - bathrooms somewhat cramped - limited shopping in immediate vicinity - appliances are old (oven didn't reliably work in my apartment) - carpeting, wallpaper, and paint a bit dingy
