I feel validated to see that others have found Olde Montgomery to be a less than desirable place to live. I found certain members of the Management staff to be unresponsive & entirely unprofessional. For the price I would think that more attention would be paid to upkeep & renovation- the buildings are old- they look it & they feel it. The quality of carpet and one coat of paint on the int. walls is cheap. Additionally, maybe as in all apartments/townhouses, the walls are thin. Old patch jobs on the walls are poor workmanship. I'll be happy to leave this establishment.

My wife and I agree with the majority of the posters here. The management is unresponsive. For example, we have a pretty undesirable neighbor who regularly plays music too loud, has some undesirable traffic in and out of the building, and who's guests litter and just hang out in the parking lot. We have to deal with the management's underlings who pass the buck and send us to the mgnt's voicemail.
Yes, we're looking for another apartment. Nice grounds and ponds with rented swans matter little when you have to live with crummy neighbors and lousy management.
