I lived at Olde Towne on a 6 month lease, and I would have stayed longer if all the rooms hadn't been taken the minute someone turned in a move out form! It's hard to find an apartment complex that isn't run down and in a crappy neighborhood, or ritzy and overpriced. Olde Towne is not only a nice apartment complex for a decent price, but is also in a great location. It is set back in a quaint little neighborhood, and you are minutes away from the mall, the highway, and tons of other stuff. They do not have a fitness center, but you can drive over to Indian Creek to use theirs. The property manager, Demaree, was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. Maintenance was very responsive as well. I would recommend this apartment complex to familes or those just looking for a good deal...it works for everyone!
