| A very nice park accross the street. Quiet pool and nice city view on the roof. Public transportation is very easly accessible. Walk to hospitals and medical appointments. Rents reasonable. Parking is secure. Laundry facility is more than adequate. Management is ... more | ||||||||||||

| Lots of drugs, homeless people in the lobby, leaking roofs, HVAC that doesn't work, unreponsive staff. Found a great apartment for the same price and a management staff that listens and fixes problems promptly. | ||||||||||||
