	Lots of drugs, homeless people in the lobby, leaking roofs, HVAC that doesn't work, unreponsive staff. Found a great apartment for the same price and a management staff that listens and fixes problems promptly.

	This is a great complex to live. If you like a urban environment and a great view this is the place for you. Its actually a very safe & clean place to live. management is friendly and apartments cheap.
