Very close to the hospital so good location. Heat was paid for, so that was nice. But overall not a nice place to live. Sometimes the heat would not be on, on very cold days. Also, maintenance gets taken care of for simple tasks but nothing major gets done. For example, my windows were broken when I moved in so that air and noise comes through, but even after reporting the problem, they have not been fixed. Also, I had a roach problem when I first moved in. That was taken care of, when it happened though. I have lot of space for the price, but again, it's not place I would like to call my home.
