Do not stay here! This place will try to nickel and dime you to death. They doubled the laundry rate while I was there and don't upkeep the place very well. The apartments are small and have old appliances. When I moved out they charged me $50 for a tiny stain on the carpet. Plus a lot of people own dogs that leave crap in the courtyard. This place takes advantage of medical students and medical residents that live here because it is conveinient.
