At first glance, you will be impressed with this complex. The grounds and pool area appear nice. The apartments also show nice but that's where it ends. This is the highest rent i've ever paid on an apartment but by far the worst living experience ever - among the issues i've had include EXTREMELY noisy neighbors (who management will do little to nothing about), broken toilets, apartment flooding, broken glass window (took too long to replace), front door lock that could barely be unlocked with key, a sliding glass door that would barely open, a fridge that went out, failed heating system (in the middle of winter), car broken into and window broken out, rent checks that were stolen out of the locked mailbox. Should I go on''' Oh, one more classic. Are you ready''' All the apartment building are secured with a front door as well which is always locked. I came home late one night only to find that the cylinder on the main building door was MISSING!!!! I had nowhere to put my key and enter the apartment building in the middle of the night! Absolutely and ridiculous. Talk about being pissed the F off. I've paid ALOT less and have gotten alot more. Look elsewhere and avoid at all costs.

Obviously, this kind of web site is going to get mostly complainers! I live at Pine Ridge myself and have for several years. It's a great place to call home! Maintenance and office staff are very helpful and very prompt.

I have to concur with the original review. I lived there for a year and had nothing but problems with how the place was managed. We had a noisy neighbor above us who we complained about and were eventually WE were accused of being the noisy ones, even though we were quiet by nature. Broken toilet and leaking faucet issues were dealt with slowly, if ever. Maintenance seldom gave the required 24-hour notice, and when they did, they didn't come on the day they said. The driveway is a torture for your suspension. The management loves to assign penalties for any infraction they can come up with. And I too have had to deal with the front entrance door either not locking or being difficult to open. And for $525/mo. one would have expected much better.
