I lived off of south pine in the "reserves" and I would say the quality of life is so-so to the amount we pay. Rent is $840 ( inclues car port)
, I can hear every little thing my neighbors are doing be it watching tv, snoring in the bedroom above me or just walking around. Interstate 275 is probably 200 yards away and easily audible. I do enjoy the floor plan but not how thin the walls are and the cost.
