The gripes:
Drivers here fly through the parking lot endangering little kids.
Our toilet handle has been broken since we moved in and is fixed by rigging it.
Air Conditioner broke three times (keeps having to have water added to it...whatever that means)
Water heater went out and was not fixed for 48 hours. We had a two day old baby and asked for assistance due to a medical need for running water and were told to "sit tight" to no avail.
Promised new windows the summer we moved in, have not seen them. The office staff said they never heard of such a thing and new windows were not in the plans. Two weeks later we have seen them put new windows in a building two buildings down.
Have had several letters on our door telling us the balcony is pulling away from the side of our building, but assured it was safe. I guess it is safe until it falls.
Almost got in a physical altercation with a resident I yelled at for speeding. The classy gentleman was wearing no shirt, had a mullet, and drove an old Chevy with no muffler.
Basement apartment was robbed.

The good:
Spacious floor plan.
Cant hear neighbors (I hear the case is not the same in the "reserves" section)
Ok rent, have had cheaper for more, but not in this area of town.
Great area near a school, so you no no sexual predators live too close.
Near highways.

I would say, dont live hear unless you are one of the people who drive like morons around little kids who play in the parking lots or if you know how to fix your own stuff. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
