I lived at the Pines for 2 years, and never had a problem, everything maintenance related was fixed in a very timely manner. But since we got new management in Jan 2007,every little thing had been going wrong. My heat broke several times during the winter - never got fixed (well, maintenance did come in about 6 times, but the unit would break down again after they leave, was very hard since we had a baby), a/c unit would break several times, someone threw up in the hallway, it took them a WEEK to clean it up. Blinds fell down hitting the baby. Management is very rude and unprofessional, do not consider our problems as priority. Windows and balcony doors were supposed to be replaced in spring, 07, never happened, management refuses to comment on it. NOT a good place to live if you are looking for personal attention and just a safe place to live. Costumer service is absolutely TERRIBLE
