Better Than I Realized

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I lived at Pinnacle for three years, and though it has a few problems, if you decide to live here then you'll be very happy.
First, the minor problems:
1) As in all apartments, you'll hear your neighbors at some point.
2) The windows are poorly insulated. Also, if your bedroom is on the "outside," it will be very cold in the winter.
3) You're in the landing path of CVG airport. Luckily, they don't land all day, just at certain times.
4) There is no place for kids to play, so they have a tendency to make the road their playground.
Now, the good:
1) The apartments themselves are just a few years old and are in great shape!
2) The apartments are very spacious. The tub is oversized, there's tons of room in the kitchen, and you have lots of storage space.
3) The staff is friendly and very cooperative.
4) If you have a problem, make a phone call and it will be fixed that day.
5) Convenient access off I-74 (the least congested interstate in the city).
6) Location: though you get some noise off the interstate, it's still quiet in the area and not overly developed. They are building up the area with more stores, and anything you could want is within a ten minute drive.
7) Nice pool, workout facility, and racquetball court.
Though a bit pricey, it's worth it. You'll be happy with the service and location.
