it's ok, worth price From: moniker Date posted: 7/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The townhomes are definitely worth the rent price, which is reasonable. They aren't anything fancy and the community doesn't have a lot of extras (i.e., gym, playground [was torn down], spacious grounds...). But they are clean and it is fairly quiet and in a good school district/area. They accept pets, incl. most large dogs. The management is good as well. The buildings are older (about twenty years, I believe) but are in good repair.
