I used to live there from 07 to early 08. It was ok. I was able to rent a washer and dryer unit. I had cable jacks in every room. The maintenance was quick and on time. I wish I could had got my rent down but 630 for a two bed 1.5 bath was cool. No water bill. It was cool. I had 2 microwaves. So when mines broke the apartment was still good for the time I lived there.
I recommend this place to college students and people who need roommates. There was a lot of single mothers that kept moving in and out but other than that it was cool.
