The people renting the apartments promise a lot. They show you a nice apartment that is in good move in condition, then promise another one will be fixed up as nice as that one but never deliver. Better maintenace, cleaning, and painting could be done by a two year old. They leave you to live in a dump while just promising to fix it right. Don't stress you self out, don't rent.
