DETERIORATING SAFETY AND SERVICES!

SINCE "CITY LIGHTS" PURCHASED THE BUILDING TO TURN IT INTO CONDOS, THE QUALITY OF TENANTS, SERVICES, MAITNENCE, AND SAFETY ARE QUICKLY DETERIORATING. LOW INCOME HOUSING TENANTS AND VISITORS ARE SUSPECT. MORE FREQUENT VISITS FROM THE CINCINNATI POLICE ARE INCREASING THREE FOLD EACH MONTH DUE TO ISSUES OF VIOLENCE, VANDALISM, AND DOMESTIC DISPUTES. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEW TENANTS BEWARE OF MANAGEMENT! DON'T EXPECT TO LIVE HERE FOR VERY LONG. IT'S QUITE A SHAME, BECAUSE THIS BUILDING IS WELL BUILT AND HAD A HISTORY OF GREAT MANAGEMENT FROM CMC. NOW THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAS DAMAGED THE BUILDING'S REPUTATION. IT IS NOW AN EMBARRASSMENT TO LIVE HERE, AND THEY HAVE HURT THEIR OWN ABILITY TO COLLECT AS MUCH RENT AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THEIR CONVERSION TO CONDOS (IF IT EVER HAPPENS NOW). OH YEAH, AND ANY NEW POTENTIAL CONDO BUYERS BEWARE OF LINGERING LOW INCOME TENANTS!
