Instead of re-doing the lobby as they promised, they started construction in August to shut off the heat to the top floors on the first day of fall. NOw paying full rent to use space heaters till they can install new heat and air unit so I can pay for heat. BONUS!! Get to suffer home invasion and be removed from my home for a week when they get around to the install. Have to let them or no central heat for winter. IT'S Grrrrreat here! The Plywood practically covers the huge holes they cut in the concrete wall, and most of the dirt got cleaned up. Oh, and the string of work lights that have been up in the halls really bring out the grime that's been ground into the hallway rugs. Who needs hot water during the day, and cold water EVERY day?
Ownership says management was inept and caused all the problems, but who were they working for, and who was paying them?
