I grew up on the East Side of town and had no idea about Queens Tower. I had heard hearsay about a project going on up in East Price Hill rejuvenating the area but was very impressed with City Lights Developments plans. I have some experience in construction industry and the plans seem to be unobtrusive to the current building and its neighbors which is great since i signed a 2-year lease in order to not only lock in the rent/purchase price in case the market is right.
The building as a whole is a great place to live, from parking underground to the amazing restaurant, Primavista, in the lobby. I spent a little more for a upgraded unit but gave up the famous city view for a "sunset view" which I was at first very nervous about. I love the lit up pink sky at 5-7 every evening and the german rooftops and foliage from only the 5th floor and I seem to enjoy the view from the workout room, restaurant, coffee room, pool, etc enough to love the city view of Cincinnati from the west! The upgrades are by far the nicest finishings I've seen in a condo in any price range in the Cincinnati area. The granite/marble kitchen/baths is beautiful and the stainless GE appliances are top of the line. Lighting is also very nicely done wit halogen track and sunken lights. Overall I've loved my first year and am psyched about the development of the "incline district"
