Spectacular view. Everything else sucks.

Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2002-01-01

Most apts have wall to wall glass with superb views of downtown and the river.

But that's the only positive thing here. The apts are dingy, the hallways smell of stale smoke, the bathroom fixtures are crappy.

Surrounding neighborhood is not good either.

You're much better off trying out Summit View (also in Price Hill but much much better).
