I have only lived here a short time and already I feel that moving here was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The apartment itself was filthy when I moved in. For example, the blinds were covered with dirt and dust, the stove-top had food on it and the refrigerator had mustard crusted on the shelves. Even worse is the fact that the apartment building has cockroaches and despite repeated notifications to the management company/landlord the cockroaches are still prevalent. The management does not respond to e-mails or telephone calls in a timely manner, if at all. If the management does respond to phone calls they act as if you are keeping them from something more important, are rude and inconsiderate. To summarize, the apartment has many problems and the managment is disrespectful.
